Currently, the days with availability are Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays in mornings and early afternoons. If you are looking for Personal Training with a neurospicy, trans coach with a fat liberationist, anti-oppressive mindset and those days are good for you, please do get in touch before spaces run out!

Notes on Covid safety in gym:

  • Doors stay open to allow air flow. The draft is a huge benefit to the gym space we’re in.

  • Masks are not required in this gym, and most gym-goers don't wear them. I don’t habitually wear a mask, but will be happy to if this is preferred.

  • I will generally keep at least a meter’s distance, but might come to close proximity if needed for coaching/ help with stretching.

  • Maintenance of distance from other members has been generally good for people training near each other, but sometimes not as good when people are passing by.

Hi! I am Coach Huld, a non-binary trans person and personal trainer in Edinburgh, Scotland. I started Underdog Health Revolution to help people of all genders who feel aliented by or unwelcome in traditional gym spaces.

When you join Team Underdog, you are joining a community of people who exercise on their own terms. You are joining a movement where the basic building blocks are fat positivity, anti-racism, LGBTQIAP+ and disability inclusivity.

I provide 1 to 1 personal training as well as online coaching and regular classes, particularly Misfits, the class by and for the trans (including non-binary) and intersex community.
