Warmup: Pull and Push

  • Standing or sitting, hold your arms straight in front of your shoulders.

  • Pull your elbows back, then push your hands down and return to the front.

  • In the pull back and the push down, imagine pulling on a handle and then pushing yourself out of a pool. Try to feel the muscles working.
