Warmup: Inchworm

  • Standing with your feet wide enough that you can touch the floor with straight legs.

  • Reach down to the floor with minimal bending of the knees and walk your hands forward until you are in a bridge plank position.

  • Keep your legs as straight as you can as you walk your hands back to your toes, then repeat without standing up.

  • Only stand up if you need to rest or if you’ve finished your set.
