Notes on Covid safety in gym:
Doors stay open to allow air flow. The draft is a huge benefit of the gym space we’re in.
Masks are not required in this gym, and most gym-goers don't wear them. I don’t habitually wear a mask, but will be happy to if this is preferred.
I will generally keep at least a meter’s distance, but might come to close proximity if needed for coaching/ help with stretching.
Hi! I am Coach Huld, a non-binary trans person and personal trainer in Edinburgh, Scotland. I started Underdog Health Revolution to help people of all genders who feel aliented by or unwelcome in traditional gym spaces or just feel nervous about starting out.
