Dumbbell Hammer Curl
Start standing, holding two equal dumbbells at your side.
Brace your core, and curl both dumbbells to your shoulders, keeping palms facing each other.
Reverse the movement at a controlled pace.
Repeat on the other side.
Maintain a stable, strong core throughout, do not use momentum.
Keep your elbows tucked in against your sides, don’t let them flap or move forward.
