Dumbbell Bicep Curl

Start standing, holding two equal dumbbells at your side.
Brace your core, and curl both dumbbells to your shoulders, turning your palms in.
Reverse the movement at a controlled pace.
Maintain a stable, strong core throughout, do not use momentum.
Keep your elbows tucked in against your sides, don’t let them flap or move forward.
