Alternating Dumbbell Arnold Press

  • Start standing with two equal dumbbells in front of your shoulders, fists forward.

  • Press one dumbbell overhead until arm is parallel to your ear, turning your hand on the way up so your palm faces forward at the top.

  • Reverse the movement at a controlled pace.

  • Repeat on the other side.

  • Maintain a braced core, don’t let your back arch too much at the top.
