  • Start standing with two equal dumbbells in front of your shoulders, Fists forward.

  • Press both dumbbells overhead until arms are parallel to your ears, Turning hands so your palms face forward at the top

  • Reverse the movement at a controlled pace.

  • Maintain a braced core, don’t let your back arch too much at the top.
