Plank Walk

  • Start in a hand-supported plank position.

  • Moving your hips as little as possible and maintaining the plank,

  • Put your right elbow on the floor, then the left.

  • Lift up and put your right hand back under shoulders, then the left.

  • Repeat in opposite sequence.
