Personal training means spending 1 full hour with Coach Huld, talking you through movements, keeping you motivated and working you toward your goals.

I started doing online personal training sessions as a necessity due to Covid-19, but so many of my clients found it incredibly helpful to have that weekly routine, and I hear over and over again from them that they might be feeling low on energy and lethargic going in, but coming out of the sessions happy, sweaty, and ready for whatever comes next.
