Book in for a consultation with Coach Huld, via audio, video or text and we’ll talk about your personal needs and goals and any support you’re needing with what you’re currently working on.
VARIANTS:
30 minutes: Good for a check-in and to make sure you’re feeling okay in your current trajectory and discussion simple changes to what you’re doing.
1 hour: Better if you’re looking for more in-depth support and knowledge development for your training or if you’re looking to set up a workout programme.
Are you getting a one-off program from me? Do you need to talk about technique, update your progress, or maybe get some help setting goals?
During a consultation with Coach Huld, you’ll go through all of these things and anything else you’d need help with. After you purchase a booking, Huld will be in touch to set up day, time and medium of conversation, and to ask if there’s anything you’d like to send them to look at before the consultation.
