Plank Jack

  • Start in a plank position on elbows or hands.

  • Jump your feet out to a wide position and back to a narrow one.

  • Keep your core braced, maintain the plank.

  • Don’t let your hips drift up or down or your back to bend/ arch.

  • Alternatively, walk your feet out one at a time then back in. This reduces pressure on your core and is safer for your back.
