Warmup: Eagle Pulse

  • Sitting or standing, Hold your arms straight front of you at shoulder height, palms down.

  • Turn your palms up as you reach your arms to the side.

  • Softly pulse your arms backward three times and return them to the front.

  • Pulse gently, don’t thrust them back. Feel for a gentle stretch in the chest muscle.
