Warmup: Over Reach Pull

  • Stand with feet a bit wider than shoulders, hands either side of your shoulders.

  • Reach over your head with one hand, grab onto an imaginary handle, and pull back to starting position. Repeat on the other side.

  • Keep Soft Knees, allow your weight to shift onto each foot.

  • Try to reach OVER your head, not in front of it.

  • Imagine you are pulling on something heavy, really squeeze and pull!
