Warmup: Over Reach Pull
Stand with feet a bit wider than shoulders, hands either side of your shoulders.
Reach over your head with one hand, grab onto an imaginary handle, and pull back to starting position. Repeat on the other side.
Keep Soft Knees, allow your weight to shift onto each foot.
Try to reach OVER your head, not in front of it.
Imagine you are pulling on something heavy, really squeeze and pull!
