Warmup: Twist and Pull

  • From standing, reach one hand across the body and pull back on an imaginary handle to your side.

  • repeat on the other side.

  • If reaching left hand to the right, pivot on the ball of your left foot to allow hips to turn.

  • Really pull and squeeze, try to force your muscles to engage.
