Warmup: Eiffel Reach

  • Stand with your feet slightly wide than shoulders and your arms straight above your head, like the Eiffel Tower.

  • Reach one hand down the inside of the same-side leg until you touch the floor, bending the knee if you need to.

  • Keep the other hand up in the air as if holding a weight above you.

  • Stand back up and repeat the other side.

  • Slow, controlled movements. Feel for sticking points and work on them.
