Warmup: High Knees

  • From a standing position, bring one knee up in front of you and bring the opposite elbow to meet it from above.

  • Put your foot back down and repeat on the other side. Keep your torso twisting to the side and the arms movements big!

  • Try to keep Soft Knees as you step on the ground to switch legs. Do!
