Warmup: Star Dash
Start standing. Bring one foot out to the side and reach down to tap it.
Bend the knee of the leg you’re reaching for, stretch the other.
Stand back up and reach both hands in the air.
Repeat on the other side.
Go as fast or as slow as you like, try giving it a bit of a skip in the middle!
If you can’t reach all the way down, put your hands on your bent knee.
