Warmup: Star Dash

  • Start standing. Bring one foot out to the side and reach down to tap it.

  • Bend the knee of the leg you’re reaching for, stretch the other.

  • Stand back up and reach both hands in the air.

  • Repeat on the other side.

  • Go as fast or as slow as you like, try giving it a bit of a skip in the middle!

  • If you can’t reach all the way down, put your hands on your bent knee.
