Dumbbell Snatch
Stand with legs slightly wide holding a single Dumbbell in one hand.
Lower yourself into a squat; butt down, chest up, heels on the ground, weight between your feet.
Push explosively through your heels as you pull the weight directly up.
At the top, punch the dumbbell at the sky.
Lower quickly but with control back into a squat and repeat.

Keep the ends of the dumbbell pointing to each side, don’t twist.
Maintain One Solid Unit from hips up.
Keep the weight as close to your body as possible both up and down, don’t swing it forward.
