Start standing, holding onto two equal weighted dumbbells
Put both dumbbells on the floor between your feet.
jump or walk your feet back into a wide-legged plank position
Perform a Press-Up
row one dumbbell parallel to your belly and return to plank position
perform another press-up, row the other dumbbell.
Walk or jump your feet back to original position
Stand up, pull and press the dumbbells to an overhead position.
