Warmup: Wall Crawler

Start in a box position, knees and hands under hips and shoulders.

Lift yourself into a plank, then walk one foot up outside the arms, reaching as far as you can.

Return to plank and repeat the other side.

Maintain a plank throughout, push your hips down when your feet are forward, open those hips up. Make sure your front foot is flat on the floor.

If you can’t do this on the floor, do an Elevated Spider Stretch using a chair to support yourself.
