Warmup: Web Slinger
Start in a box position, knees and hands under hips and shoulders.
Lift yourself into a plank, then walk one foot up outside the arms, reaching as far as you can, performing a spider stretch.
Reach the hand next to the front foot up along your body until you are turned toward the knee and your arm is reaching straight up. Return to Spider, then to plank.
Repeat on the other side.
Make sure your front foot goes flat on the floor. Try to maintain an even pace. Don’t rush it, but don’t sit into the positions for too long either.
