Dumbbell Maverick

  • Start standing, holding onto two equal weighted dumbbells

  • Put both dumbbells on the floor between your feet.

  • jump or walk your feet back into a wide-legged plank position

  • row one dumbbell parallel to your belly and return to plank position

  • row the other dumbbell.

  • Walk or jump your feet back to original position

  • Stand up, pull and press the dumbbells to an overhead position.

  • Repeat
